When you have a psychic connection to someone you love how can you break it?

When I fall in love I develop a mental link with the guy especially long distance, I can sometimes tell a guy about events in his life that I wasn't even present at or occasionally foretell future events in their life (ones that don't involve me of course)

anyway my current boyfriend is an alcoholic, I'm very health conscious I look after myself very well, however whenever he drinks I feel that affects of the alcohol but due to his resistance to it he doesn't, everytime I'm sick he tells “you always get sick” or “take a pregnancy test” he fails to notice that me getting sick coincides with times he drinks.

the last few times he's drank I have been getting pains underneath my rib cage I'm no expert in biology but I think it's near my liver, I have tried to encourage him to stop drinking but to no avail.

short of making him hate me is there anyway I can break my psychic connection to him, cause I hate feeling drunk hungover and sick for drinks I haven't even consumed.
